IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES:

• Delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic, routing, and scheduling changes.
• Delivery truck and forklift are approximately 9' wide and require at least 10' of clearance for safe access.
• Please ensure access routes are clear of vehicles, obstacles, overhead wires, and other hazards.

DELIVERY SITE RESPONSIBILITIES:

By signing below, the purchaser agrees to the following:

• Provide safe and suitable access to the delivery location with adequate load-bearing capacity.
• Ensure the site is free of obstructions, underground utilities, and overhead hazards.
• Comply with all local street use regulations and permitting requirements, including flaggers if required.

Delivery vehicles are not permitted to cross curb lines, sidewalks, or enter private property beyond street
access unless explicitly directed by the purchaser. If the purchaser directs the driver to enter such areas, the
purchaser assumes responsibility for any resulting damage.

LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The purchaser assumes responsibility for property damage occurring within the delivery site except in
cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Pavingstone Supply.

DELIVERY PLACEMENT & DRIVER DISCRETION

• All material placement is subject to the driver’s judgment based on reasonable safety and access
  conditions.
• If the requested placement is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, the driver may choose an alternate
  location.
• If no suitable placement location is available, delivery may not be completed.

If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions outside of Pavingstone Supply’s control, the
delivery fee is non-refundable. A re-delivery may be scheduled and will incur standard delivery charges.

ORDER AVAILABILITY & PARTIAL DELIVERIES
If part of your order is unavailable at the time of scheduled delivery as a result of circumstances outside
of our control you may choose:

1. Delay delivery until the full order is ready.
2. Accept a partial delivery and pick up remaining items later (Will-Call).
3. Schedule a second delivery (additional delivery fees apply).
4. Pick up the full order from Will-Call

If we are unable to reach you using the contact information provided, Option #2 will be selected by
default.

EFFLORESCENCE NOTICE
Efflorescence is a natural, temporary condition that may appear as a white residue on concrete
products. It does not affect product performance or integrity and is not a valid reason for rejection or
return.
